I've decided that I hate house hunting and everything that is involved in it. Let me explain, we found some houses that would fit us really well and that are beautiful. I am pre-approved for a loan, the only thing standing in our way is the down payment. Like alot of people, I don't have thousands of dollars just sitting in my bank account for the perverbial rainy day. I have kids and obligations that suck me dry. We have been trying to get some down payment assistance but either we don't meet all the requirements or the seller won't contribute. UGH!!

Not sure where to go from here. I guess I'll be on permanent stand by until powerball or megabucks comes through for me ;)
