I have called the realtor and asked him to come over this evening because we are putting an offer in on the house that we love sooo much.
We could know by the end of the weekend providing that the seller is in town and able to review it. Who knows if we'll get an acceptance or not, and if not, we'll move on and keep looking but this house is too good to be true and won't last long. Plus I got a killer rate so we'll just cross our fingers and toes and see what happens next.
